Customizing my MFP setting

I'm just looking for a little advise. If I set my goals to be based on my tdee less a percentage and log exercise as 1 calorie (if I want to log it at all) should I put my exercise goal to 0 days/hours a week or does it matter?
Thanks for any help.

If you are using the TDEE method, and have already accounted for your weekly exercise calories in this total, then there is no harm in setting exercise calories to 1. In the standard MFP formulas, this would not be the case, as it would effectively eliminate tracking net calories.0

the exercise goal doesn't do anything with your calories, it's just a goal to compare with what you log.0
