Hi

My name is Kate I am a mom of five, three boys (9,2.5 & 3wks) and two girls (12 & 7). After gaining some weight while pregnant I'm ready to get back on the weight loss wagon and get fit and healthy. I plan to start hitting the gym starting next week along with working out at home using my stability ball and workout DVDs. I'm currently breastfeeding and its been tough with giving me cravings and making me constantly hungry but I am going go try my hardest to make better food choices and track my fluid and food intake with this site.
