Hi Guys, from Sydney!
I started my calories counting for 2 weeks and today is the first time I eat out so I went to food court as I know some shop will have KJ list so I don't have to worry about over or under estimate my lunch calories.
I saw many shops that sell sandwiches, wraps, salads have KJ list so I stand there and convert KJ to cal like a crazy lady lol
But I wonder how accurate they are? I ordered burrito bowl (chicken guacamole lettuce red onion tomato sour cream) and it's only 385cal?! It's not a big bowl but I expected it to be higher cal than this, however I log 460cal (just in case) I don't wanna go over my goal today it's my rest day from exercise so my number will be what I eat!
Just wondering and can you please share your opinion or if anyone know these franchise shops suppose to have accurate KJ list?

I don't think it's 100% accurate but in my experience it's not way off. I eat out at chain restaurants a few times a week and I still lose weight so I think if it was really off I wouldn't be losing.0

Most restaurants (especially chain/franchise-style restaurants) are actually quite accurate on calorie count. The meals have strict "building" instructions to ensure they are consistent. The only big variable is for things like dressings/sauces.
But a burrito bowl sounds pretty low cal except for the sour cream and then maybe the guac/chicken depending on preparation/ingredients.0
