Looking to get back on track

Hi I Seriously need to get back on track and get my health under control I've been having a lot of stomach issues lately to the point that if I eat cereal with milk it upsets my stomach and etc. When I started a year ago I stepped on the scale and was shocked it showed me at 230 pounds and one year later I'm down to 203 and still working towards my goal of 43 more pounds to lose, I know I can do it just need to be strict with my diet and exercise.
