Calorie in large cappucino

I always have large cappucino in different cafe and not every cafe has calories list.
How do we estimate this since some shop said 150 cal and some is 250 they are huge gap...
I don't want to over or underestimate, any advice?

It's better to overestimate than underestimate, so I'd go with the 250 if I were you.

The reason they are different in calories really comes down to size and what kind of milk they use. You can ask them how many ounces are in it, and ask them if they use nonfat or whole milk. Knowing those two facts will help you better estimate.
