When I weighed 9.2 stones (128.8 LB) there wasn't any thought of self motivation that came into my mind to start gaining weight... What was I thinking? Honestly, I really don't have a clue, but waking up and telling my self "I HAVE TO DO THIS" wasn't a thought, and I don't think it should be for anybody else who's GONNA make changes to their body.
Instead of treating your fitness as something you can "optionally do", make it something you "just do".

Just like you work to feed yourself, you to train for yourself.

    I've always felt this way. I see people making excuses on why they're not exercising, yet they get angry when I point out the time they spend doing other things when they could squeeze in a quick 30 minute sweat session.
