Is it ok to eat out once or twice a week?? If you have been on a strict diet all week ??

    I lost weight and usually ate out once a week(Friday nights). Just keep logging and stay in a deficit. It doesn't matter if its eating out or cooked at home.

    you can eat out every day if you want, as long as you pick meals that work into your calorie limit Personally, i hate going out to eat because i don't trust what is in the meals, and i prefer good home prepared healthy fresh meals

    Yes. If you fit it into your goals then it is fine. I eat out frequently and am still losing at a rate if 1.5 pounds per week.

    Eat out never, eat out every day, eat out every meal, it doesn't matter.

    The amount of calories consumed matters.
