I find a week with no loss tough, a week with a gain? Argh.
Today I just increased my target calories because my head says that slowing down now is a good idea, and I'm planning to add in strength training. I'm not sure which is more anxiety producing...possible seeing a gain or actually venturing outside my comfort zone at the gym.

You didn't gain. You fluctuated. Time to get used to it! I fluctuate every week. It's only by tracking my aria's weekly average weight that I see a steady downward trajectory.0
