Anyone Else Looking to Lose a LOT of Weight.

Hey people, I've used MFP on and off for about 2 years. I'm really trying to make better healthier choices, but I've actually put on a stone since I last checked in.
so now I'm at 13 st. I'm feeling so frustrated! I have a pretty sedentary life, I walk to Uni (30-40 mins each way) but honestly such small meals leaves me so tired i don't do much else.
So I'm looking to lose a few stones and looling for people in the same boat, have been where I am or just willing to help really!

Well I don't know how much a stone is in pounds, but I need to lose a really big stone 100+ pounds. Any ladies can add me as friend.
