CALLING ANYONE WITH A BMR OF 1350 OR UNDER!

This will apply if you are older, shorter, not so heavy for heavy-for-height...
How did you do it? where did you set your calorie limit? can you really lose weight when you are only putting in a 100-200 calorie deficit even if you eat a very low cal (but still healthy) diet?
Please tell me there is hope...please tell me it can be done and how.

I have a BMR of 1200 and tdee of 1400. It took me 18 months to loose 18 kilos.... at first I concentrated on measurements and didn't weigh in for a few months. Then I accepted any small loss as a big achievement. A digital scale is good cos you can see tiny losses. Also don't weigh every week. 2 weeks is enough. Good luck!
