I started ww 11/13. I tried to do it myself 6/14 I stayed at same weight. I went back 9/14. I have been lifetime members since 3/15. It works if you work it. Any weight lose plan will work if you stay with it. But you need to stay with it for life. Good luck all.

    It will cause weight loss......much will be muscle though.
