Ideas for Healthy Meals or Suggestions

I have been struggling with food choices and I know that is part of weight loss and I need ideas or suggestions that I can make for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. My goal is to try and cut out sweets and soda's much as I can and drink more water and the reason why I'm doing this is so I can get my health under control. I'm wanting to lose around 50 pounds by the end of the year and I know I can do it just need to change the way I eat and what I drink if I'm going to make this happen by the end of the year.
