Where can I get a good deal on an accurate and trusted digital scale that won't rock my budget?
What name brand scales do you recommend?

I would say look for a scale at menards if you have one by you or target I would stay away from the weight watchers scales I have gone through two of them already I just bought a Detecto scale and paid about 30 for it and I love it! taylor has been around a long time too0

I got a weight watchers scale at target for about $30 that is reasonably accurate, and gives a decent estimate of body fat as well. Be aware that any scale number may be innacurate. Make sure you check with a tape measure as well to get a more realistic sense of what your body is actually doing. If you have more food in your intestines than usual, it will register as a weight gain, but not an inch gain. The same goes for retained water. A tape measure can help you maintain your sanity when you weight starts to fluctuate (as it often does due to a number of factors).0
