Anyone interested in doing a July calisthenics challenge? I had been doing these in the past and they worked out really well. I didn't do one for June but need to get back to it, so he is goes.
Anyone that wants to join in (open public group), just post your results to this message board when you want (daily, weekly, or monthly).

7/1: 100 side lying hip abductions and/or hip adductions
7/2: 100 ab crunches
7/3: 100 shoulder presses
7/4: 100 side lunges
7/5: 100 tricep kickbacks
7/6: walk/jog/run/cycle minimum of 2 miles
(WEEK TWO)
7/7: Personal choice
7/8: 100 windmills
7/9: 100 sit ups
7/10: 100 high knees
7/11: 100 bent over one arm deltoid raises
7/12: 100 leg circles
7/13: walk/jog/run/cycle minimum of 2 miles
(WEEK THREE)
7/14: Personal choice
7/15: 100 bicycle crunches
7/16: 100 jumping jacks
7/17: 100 high knees
7/18: 100 hammer punches
7/19: 100 pile squats
7/20: walk/jog/run/cycle minimum of 2 miles
(WEEK FOUR)
7/21: Personal choice
7/22: 100 air bikes
7/23: 100 suitcase squats
7/24: 100 overhead claps
7/25: 100 jump ropes
7/26: 100 upright rows
7/27: walk/jog/run/cycle minimum of 2 miles

7/29: 100 push ups
7/30 100 tire runs
7/31: 100 mountain climbers

You can google search them or see youtube. There are usually great videos on there to watch.0

This sounds great. Im not sure if I will get them all done every day but I will do as many as I can in addition to Ripped in 30 and running. Should help to have me bikini ready by September!0
