Hi. Again.
I'm not new to MFP, but I always seem to struggle with consistency. I need to push through that initial "I feel awful", and then the "hooray, I feel amazing!", until good nutrition is a permanent feature of my life. I'm not doing any specific paleo, or cleanse diet. Just aiming for sustainable, balanced nutrition. I'm not doing any specific exercise, because all of me is out of shape. My hurdle is food. Particularly, my tendency to self-medicate with it. If you've successfully changed that behaviour, I'd love to hear how you did it.
