What Do You Do?

Hey fellow MFPers! My name is Katherine and I have currently lost about 73lbs and would like to lose 27 more. It has been a long a hard journey thus far. Lately I have been feeling worn out by the whole deal and am terrified that I will "relapse" and start up some old bad habits. My question is what do you do when you feel like you've hit a wall? I know it's just a phase, but I feel like I need a little support. Thanks in advance! ☺️

Congratulations on your weight loss. I like to change my workouts or try out new recipes when I start to feel like that. Feel free to add me, I'd love to offer words of encouragement or offer a little support.

I like to try new sports, I'm not very sporty but I try to join new things... I have joined a kickball league, bocce ball, dragon boating(I really recommend this one), and all the silly 5k races I can find. I enjoy meeting new people so this helps mix things up and keep me active.

Congratulations on losing that weight!! I know exactly what you mean, feeling afraid throughout the day that you're going to make a terrible mistake food-wise and screw it up somehow. I feel this way myself, quite regularly. I've been doing well every day for the past few days but I still have those thoughts. I try to think of the feeling of peace that I get every morning when I wake up knowing that the day before I made all the right choices when it came to food and exercise. I also remind myself what a terrible feeling I get when I've binged or eaten more than the calorie limit.
