Hello
Last month I lost around 1.6 kg. I have been really active these 2 weeks. I have been running 3 days a week and boxing twice a week. I am also weight training 4 days a week. I have been on a calorie deficit diet. When I lost 1.6 kg last month I think the reason I was loosing weight was because I was not eating back the calories I lost.
I think I made the mistake of eating back the calories this time and gained weight. I weighed 89.1 today I checked my weight after 2 weeks it was 89.7 could most of it be water weight.
I burned 400 calories or so from running and I eat back 200 or 100 and after boxing I eat like 100-200 calories back

Weight gain is always going to be eating too much, except, water retention.
Eating back too many overestimated calorie burn calories will break the deficit every time.
Water retention can be from a couple of sources such as sodium intake too high, increasing carbs (you retain water for every gram of carbs you eat, so if you ate more than usual you see in fluctuation you may not be used to) also exercising can cause you to retain water, you muscles retain water too.

I should not be worried then. I had more carbs yesterday but I stayed within my calorie intake0
