Hello myfitnesspals!
While I'm not new to myfitnesspal, I've been using it privately and haven't really taken part in the community yet. However, I still have a long way to go and little to no support system so would love a few buddies that are willing to kick my behind every now and then, and of course, I will do my best to cheer on anyone that needs it. So far, I've lost 29 kilograms (almost 64 pounds) and have another 24 or so to lose (this is being really optimistic - I think losing another 20 will be more likely to happen). I've recently added exercise into the mix and because of that I'm seeing some muscle gains which are playing havoc with the numbers on the scale, so I figured becoming part of the community would help to keep my head in the right space.
