Just getting back on track . . . again

Just got started here within the last couple weeks. Let myself get a little "soft" again and have a Cancun vacation that we just booked for June . . . so time to get back to where I should have been. The old site where I did some tracking no longer does that, so starting fresh here.
Turning 48 in May and really need to do a better job of staying consistent once I get dialed back in. Suffered a ruptured bicep a couple years ago and was working my way back pretty well after the surgery, but frankly didn't take that to the level that I really should have. I know what I NEED to do . . . I just don't always do it, so back to undoing the self-inflicted damage. Anyway . . . here we go again and hopefully I can be of some help to others along the way.
