I was on here back in 2012 actively and I managed to lose 25 pounds. I did not keep the weight off and I gained it all back and then some since. I need all the help I can get to stay focused and motivated. I have a treadmill and weights and know how to eat healthy but I do have bad habits im wanting to break like pop, snacking, getting fast food at night etc. By the end of this year, I want to lose 40 pounds and be able to fit into some of my pants again lol
