Hi guys! I am working towards eating a Paleo diet. I have mild PCOS so I feel this is the best way for me to eat. Anyways, I've cut out all forms of white flour and all grains except oats/rice ( I'm not going for super low carb). Baby steps! I'm not trying to loose weight just maintain really and get healthier. I'd love it if some of you guys that share a Paleo diet or something similar to add me as friends.
