Most effective way to drink water

Hi! I'm starting to drink a lot more water as I know it can be so good for you and hoping it might help with weight loss. I know it doesn't matter too much, but what is the best way to drink water? Hot/really cold/with fruit? Also is 'no added sugar cordial' just as good as tap water? TIA

    I'd say the only thing that really matters is to try and space it out through the day instead of drinking it all at once. That way you actually get hydrated and it doesn't just flush out. That's what I've heard anyway.

    Other than that - drink it however you like.
