Activity setting question

I am a server, so on some days, I'm constantly moving. I have a pedometer on my phone, and this weekend it tracked 7 miles a night of walking. But then some days I sit on my bum for half the day studying and in school. I assume it evens itself out. I have my setting on active because I am a server 5 days a week. I am 5"3 and looking to lose about 15 lbs, and generally net around 1300 cals. I just got this walking app and I've tested it and its fairly accurate, even a little on the low side. I don't track these calories burned because I assume the "active" setting on mfp takes care of that. Is this OK? Or is this too much activity on my net calories?
I haven't been weighing and measuring weekly on this calorie count so I'm not sure if I'm losing weight consistantly yet.
