advise please!!

Hi Guys,
I recenlty changed my calories from 1250 - 1500.
im 20 years old, 170cm and 60kg. i have been doing 30DS (27 mins) plus 30 mins of another biggest looser tape/cardio
i smoke weed at night, so i tend to much out at this time and was always going over 1250. now i have started 1500 i seem to be going better and have calories left over
do you guys think the change was a good idea or not?

I feel ya on the night eating. Keep your cal count at something you manage. If you're always hungry then its self defeating in the end. Make a lifestyle change you can live with0

I'd say see how the calorie upping works with your body..but it sure doesn't seem like too much. About the munchies..pick some healthier or lower calorie options, 100 cal/bag popcorn vs the several hundred calorie kind...fruits instead of candy bars, low fat ice cream instead of regular, etc....Also you could eat leaner during the day since you know you tend to eat more at night...0

yep thanks, thats what ive been doing however i gun the healthy snacks haha, but i have been keeping my pantery and fridge healthy, so if i go over its usally low cal snacks.
i have also been trying hard to eat very little in the day thanks ill see how i go0
