Hey guys,
My name is James and I joined MyFitnessPal ages ago but only started to use it recently again to track my food intake. Last year I lost around 18kg in 12 weeks on a bodybuilding.com exercise program to lose weight, but now I'm back into gym after exams to try and get some muscle mass :) I'm classed as an endomorph (someone who has big bones, can gain weight easily and find it difficult to lose the weight, but also put muscle on easily) so if anyone needs any motivation, I'm here for you :) I have some before and after pics, check them out :)
