Hello folks!
Question: is it possible to gain additional strength within two weeks while working with a progressive program?? Specifically, can someone eating properly, (within their calorie goals, hitting nutrients, etc) become a bit stronger within two weeks?

A bit stronger? Sure. The lifting program I follow has you lift 5lbs more each time you lift, so it certainly stands to reason you can gain a little strength in 2 weeks, especially if you're just starting out.0
