When Should I start seeing results?

About 5 days ago I started a 30 day toning challenge including squats, pushups, and leg lifts (the amount keeps building throughout the 30 days). I've already made changes to eat healthier and decided to try and tone my body by doing the quick workouts in the challenge. So far, I've always felt the burn the next day of the workout.

I know that I shouldn't see results after only 5 days but I was wondering when I will start noticing changes? I figure it depends per person but if anyone was in a similar situation I was wondering if they could tell me how long it took for them to visibly see results. Thanks!

depends on a lot of factors. I saw quicker results when at 1750 calories when I switched my macros of carbs/fats/protein from being 50/20/30 to 25/35/40. Even when not working out I saw an average of 3lb dropped per week. Never ate back any calories burned and never cheated (meaning I never went over my allotted calories; I still ate pizza, ice cream, e tc but I managed my diary for the whole day to make sure I still hit everything and had enough food to eat for the rest of the day)

It's a lifestyle change, not a race. I lost mine quickly so I could start running again. I've managed my weight since

I'm sure there'll be results after the 30 days

Typically a month is a good time to give for your regime to sink into your system and with your exercises being regularly with complimenting food .
