Acetone taste in mouth

have a very strong taste of acetone in my mouth. could i be in a state of ketosis?

Any advice helpful/ Thx

    Or you could be in diabetic ketoacidosis.

    I hope that's not the case, but if I were you I'd get my blood sugar tested as soon as poss. Whatever you do, don't leave it.

    Wanted to thank everyone for their support. Sorry, I have been out the system for a while.

    Doc is running several blood tests this week.

    Ever accidentally taste your nail polish or nails after using a acetone-based remover? Pretty easy to do.

    i tasted that once after having VERY over ripe canteloupe. Probably not the same for your case
