Since people obviously think these things are a viable option for weight loss, I want to say (and back out of here if you are eating breakfast) what my honest reaction was to these. I will give you some blank space to back away without reading the grossitude of what I experienced:
Anal leakage did not happen to me. What happened to me was as if you were sitting to pee, but instead of peeing the fluid was coming from the rectum. It was an oily liquid in copious amounts.
And once it stopped, there were colon spasms. These spasms were like what happens when you throw up for a long time and there is nothing left to throw up, but your stomach is convulsing anyway and you are stuck there vomiting without any production. The spasms come from the colon, which convulses strongly, and the cramps are intense. The fluid, at that point, which comes out is bile. It is caustic and it burns the *kitten* and surrounding skin.
Now is that is too graphic, I apologize, but that's what this stuff does to the body. Is that worth the money?0 -
If diet pills worked, the world wouldn't have an obesity problem. Spend your money on better food and a good pair of sneakers so you can become more active.0

Why would you spend money on something you can do yourself for free?
And maintain it better in the long run?0
