Feed a cold, yeah right

I have been fighting off a cold for the last two weeks and the last couple days it has really started to take hold. Yesterday I ate 2000 calories of my 2520 allotment and that was by eating soup for most of the afternoon. Today I have been up for two hours and the last thing I want to do is eat.
The cold is finally getting into my chest and it is starting to trigger my asthma again. I just feel like total crap. I am not sure how I am going to be feeding anything today.

Garlic, ginger, fishermen's friend if your throat hurts or you are stuffy. Oregano oil if you like. Extra sleep. I get through most colds in 2-3 days.0

I thought it was "starve a cold, feed a fever." Hope you feel better.0
