Do you log the school run?

I don't drive so every week day I have the school run to look forward to, about a 2-3k round trip that I walk. Sometime's I'll vary it and walk longer, depending on weather. Sometimes toddler is in the pram, sometimes walking (meaning we go very slow) and sometimes on my back. The pace is often set by the older children as well (4yrs and nearly 6 yrs)
So is it worth logging it every day, twice a day, or just count it as part of my normal routine and increase my activity settings?

if your pace is set by children walking a long distance- I wouldn't log it at all.0

You can log it if you want, but I personally wouldn't eat back the calories.0

2-3K isn't a great deal of walking, especially at a leisurely pace, so even at twice per day I would probably set your activity to "lightly active" and not log the walks separately.0
