Goals

I need to get to 112 lbs. I'm 5'4. And currently 168 lbs. which would be the best way other than counting calories. New mama too. My baby is nine months

    The best way IS counting calories. Weigh and measure your food, eat a balanced diet, log accurately into MFP, and stick to a healthy deficit. It works.

    The ONLY way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit (burn more than you take in).

    Calorie counting is a very good way to accomplish that.
