Title says it. Doesn't matter if its clinical or self diagnosed. Please no negative comments, feedback or vibes. If you don't have anything nice to say, press ALT + F4.

I'll go first.

Sorry, but I have to say something. There is nothing "fun" about mental illness and I have a hard time seeing how this can be a game.

    Play on

The title of this section is chit-chat as well as fun and games. I think he intended on having a discussion instead of making it fun or a game.

Have you tried high dose vitamin D supplements?

Doesn't impact me. I have chronically low Vitamin D because my body won't use or store it efficiently. I take super high doses year round. Creatine has shown a positive impact on SAD, as well as regular exercise.

I have this same issue. I have to take replesta 50,000 ius once a week. I had my first normal vitamin d level in over a decade.

This. Doc said he has studied me more than any other patient he has had in 30 years of practice and can't figure it out. Talking a top doc here and top medical centers in the county. We call it LOSH disease. Lots of *kitten* happens. Puts a lot of stress and anxiety and starts to effect how you think and believe how you are perceived.

Thank you !!! It took a long time and by no means am I anti meds , I needed them very much in the beginning. But after awhile where I was beginning to feel I was losing myself in a whole new sense with the meds in my daily, I felt strong enough to take it to another level and begin dealing with the issue that helped create the problems. I think eventually everyone can do this

Hey, had depression & anxiety for best part of 15 years. Been on all sorts of prescription meds and have only recently found 1 that suits. I used to self medicate too so that's probably helped me to climb a few more steps up the crazy ladder. Therapy, ditching "friends" and becoming a mummy are keeping me sane (ish) ;)

SADD, depression, ADHD the rest are undiagnosed.

Do migraines count? The only thing in my head (literally) that I'm on meds for

Yup, though general depression, not just seasonal.
    Anxiety in spades though.

Very interesting and eye catching topic. Nice to see others spreading awareness of disorders. I was born with tourette syndrome(no not the verbal outburst swearing kind) more of the muscular tense and facial movements, ocd, add, and anxiety/depression is included as well. Not many people are aware of what we go through. Sacrifices we make to lead more of a "normal" person life, I guess you'd say. Sports and fitness have played a major role in decreasing all of this. That's why I'm so passionate about working and helping others.
