    I cannot find the bar scanner—I am Premium—it is not in the top right corner of my food diary when I ‘add food’

    Clicked your profile and confirmed you show as premium. Check.

    Go to your food diary and click “log
    Food”.

    It should show here. If it doesn’t, there’s some kind of glitch and you’ll need to contact support.

    Don’t forget to verify the info scanned is correct. I find it is not 50% of the time because either it’s an old entry and data has changed, or (the joys of crowdsourcing) it was entered incorrectly in the first place. Also, I shop at Lidl, which is fairly new to the USA, and carries many European products. They very often come up as something completely different.
