Advice for losing more weight!

I have been using MFP for nearly a year now and have so far lost 88lbs, my target is to lose 140lbs so I have a way to go (I will probably try to lose more after that but that is the initial goal) I haven't posted on here before because sometimes the replies are less helpful and more judgmental but today I am just thinking I have nothing to lose.....but weight of course!

What I have been doing so far has been working well for me. I walk for at least an hour everyday I see a personal trainer once a week, do a High Intensity Interval Training class once a week plus a gym session and a swim. Eating wise I have completely changed from eating processed/junk food to lean protein, lots of fruit and vegetables and smaller portions.

It is going to take me a long time to get to exactly where I want to be, however in 10 weeks it is my wedding and I wanted to reach out to see if anyone had any weight loss tips for me that may help, I have no interest in pills or doing fad diets that will make life really difficult just wondered if any of you with more experience had some tips that maybe I haven't thought about.

For anyone who needs to know I started at 310lbs and am now 222lbs, I would like to get into the 100s before the wedding so 10 weeks to lose 23lbs. Currently losing 1-2lbs a week on 1400 calories a day

All help appreciated

add in some strength training... may not show up on the scales but will help you lose more bodyfat.

    You are doing absolutely fantastic.
All you could maybe do is make sure your heart rate is in the high end of your target rate when you are walking as you would burn calories so much faster.

You could achive that by starting to walk faster or start of to jog for a minute, walk for 2 etc, slowly built of the speed for the jog, then after that the second week run for 1 minute 1/2 , the third 2 minutes, the 4th reduce waalking to a minute 1/2 and so on....

I too would suggest more weight training just so you keep getting stronger and preserve your muscle mass. And at some point you will need to add some more calories as you approach your goal. But you do have the diet down if you are consistently losing.

btw if you open your diary we can look more at stuff like macro ratios.
