Hi I am recovering from bulimia and I need to learn how to eat normally again and get my body used to structured meal plan. I'm a healthy weight and would like to maintain. My height is 4 ft 11.

Congratulations on your recovery!
It's best to work with your doctors while getting back to healthy eating, as overcontrolling can be dangerous just like bingeing is, and you may have some immediate nutritional needs even if your weight is OK.0 -

As someone who recovered from 10 year eating disorder you should see if your doctor will refer you to a dietician, they can help you meal plan. Counting calories isn't a great idea for someone in the early stages of recovery. I can use MFP now after having been recovered for several years. Congrats on committing to recovery and best of luck!0
