Trying to lose - Need some Motivation

Hello, I'm looking for some friend on MFP to help me stay motivated!

I'm currently 198 lbs, trying to get to 175. While I know it's not a lot of weight it has been challenging!

I rock climb (indoors during the winter) 1-3X's a week which is most my activity, I've been adding a little weight lifting and cardio. I started 4 weeks ago at 205 lbs so I'm losing but naturally, not fast enough :). Of course I know 7 lbs in 4 weeks is still pretty good!

I'm trying to eat between 1400-1500 calories a day and I just started weighing my food yesterday.

that's a little about me, I'd love to add some friends, get some advice and stay motivated!
