I use Syntha 6. It's what all the competitive bodybuilders I know use, which is who got me using it lol.. And as far as taste, it's the best. I'm using cinnamon bun flavor right now, it's amazing lol

Syntha-6 is ridiculous. I can seriously it eat straight off a spoon.

I have found a new favorite in Isopure Zero carb Vanilla. 210 kcal, 50g protein, 1g fat.

However, since I actually need fat, I mix it in unsweetened almond milk, and toss in some coconut oil.

Do you need zero carb? BSN has a higher fat count than most powders, probably why it tastes so good.

I stay sub-20 on a bad day, sub-10 is the norm. So yeah, the 15 per serving in Syntha is too much for what I do. Could I make it work? Sure. Worth the effort? Not really, especially when you consider this: https://labdoor.com/review/bsn-syntha-6 versus this: https://labdoor.com/review/natures-best-zero-carb-isopure

I'd rather the powder be legit from the top, because I can just add all of the oil I want, in controlled doses.

I couldn't tell how recent that review was. I thought their products got reformulated after they were bought.

In reference to the OP I'm currently using ON products just because it's what I have in my supply right now but I like their products.

I didn't know you were that low carb. I was just asking.

Yeah, been that way for a while. My apologies if my response seemed snappy at all. It wasn't intended to be.

I use true nutrition protein. Most of the time I'll add peanut butter, Greek yogurt, fruit.
    Super tasty.
