Fat free half and half is 40 cal's for 4 tablespoons. That's a .25 cup! Fresh and no chemicals. Sometimes I add a few drops of vanilla or almond extract.0

I recently switched to fat free half and half, you still get a lot of creaminess for a lot fewer calories. Then for sugar, I use Splenda. I haven't tried it, but I've heard that there are flavored Splendas in some grocery stores in the coffee isle, so if you like flavored creamers, this might be a good option if you can find it. At the office I still use creamer, but I'm trying to limit the amount I use. I know that I enjoy coffee that has some sweetness and cream, so I won't switch to black coffee any time soon. I just make the creamer work into my calories.0

Steam skim milk in your mug in the microwave for a minute then pour in your hot coffee. Try it.0

Skim milk and sugar-free Torani syrup. Or there's an almond milk creamer at Whole Foods (15 calories per tbsp) that I really like--just have to use it in moderation.0
