    From their website:

"Science tells us that dieting is not sustainable, and does not work long term. If you embark on a diet you are more likely to gain more weight in the long run."

That's enough, actually more than enough, to call them complete morons.

    Stay away!

Wouldn't a string around your waist do the same thing??

It's just like the ads that say that certain cereals are "part of a balanced breakfast" when they show the other foods that contain 95% of the actual nutrition.

The early part of the webpage talks about portion control and macro balancing for satiety. That's what gets you into a calorie deficit without a specific diet plan.

It actually has some good information until it gets to the Malory Band part.

The later part of the webpage tries to sell you a waist chain that will basically take the place of a tape measure and pretends that it somehow "helps ensure that once you’ve lost weight, the inches won’t creep back on" because the waist chain is set to your smaller size. Like a person regaining weight would have no idea that it was being regained unless they had the super-special Malory Band. :|
