I have a couple of work days where I'm not home for 15 hours and those kill me. I get tired, grab gross fast food, and then feel guilty and frustrated. Then since I ruined how much I ran earlier that week, I lose motivation. I need to find a better way to balance, but also take advantage of my lighter work days. Does anyone else have trouble balancing a long work day? I am not a morning person by any stretch of the imagine. I also noticed I have a tendency to have energy to get up when I'm not this overweight. I really want to drop about 48 lbs.

I've been in the same position. One thing I've done is got an active dog...looks like you've done that too! Honestly counting calories has helped a lot. If I do grab something quick it's not nearly as bad as before I was counting. I work long days at time too and I get the struggle/temptation. Good luck!0
