Now I'm about 4kg from my ideal weight, I've begun asking myself what kept me going for Over 2 years?
I believe the best way to achieve something is to see it, feel it and experience it. And so that's what kept me going, waking up every day looking in the mirror and imaging how I would look at the end.
As time has gone on and I've progressed, that image of me has changed and that's how I know there is no end.
If you're starting out, and you really don't know how to start, look in the mirror and see yourself at your best.
That's your reason, everything else in between depends on that. If you want it that bad, everything else in between really isn't such a torture.
Good luck
