Anyone else use MiCoach platform for exercising / weight loss??

Just a thought if anyone else uses MiCoach or whatever it is called now.

I used to like the old platform, but they "updated it" not for the better IMO....I still use the running programmes and will use some variance of the strength and conditioning programmes too.

I find the watch is excellent for accurate HR training and GPS to measure distance etc....at £300 I guess I am committed to Adidas and not trying Strava, Garmin etc.

It is also handy because Adidas / Under Armour now allow me to auto sync my running sessions to the exercise section of MFP....top notch!


Any other views out there?
