I'm a returning member, a LOT has changed!

I've taken a sabbatical for the last few years and I've just generally been eating what I want - most of it with little or no nutritional value so I thought I'd get back on board with weight loss and general fitness. An awful lot has changed as far as I can see with MFP so if you have any tips I'd love to hear them! (Starting with navigating the new site/app, logging the food is still much the same - nice and easy!)
