Lower Carb Cracker?

I'm not following keto or a very low carb diet but I am watching carbs and trying to keep them at a moderate level. I love crackers and cheese as a snack and my go to cracker has been wheat thins or triscuits but they are pretty high in carbs for what you get. The triscuits are 21 carbs and you only get 6 crackers. Anyone have a cracker they love that may be a bit lower in carbs?

A cracker, by definition is just grains and grains are almost all carbohydrate, so no. Not really possible.
That's the cracker: a flat little square of carbs.
You could deconstruct what you like about crackers though. Maybe it's the salty taste. You can bump that on other foods with Lite or Nu Salt which are more potassium than sodium.0 -
You could also cook some grated cheese until crispy. Although topping your cheese with cheese might be a bit much...0

Try putting cream cheese on a celery stick.0

Pork rinds. Salty, crunchy, and sturdy enough for cheese.0

I don't know what the carbs are in these, because I don't track my carbs all that closely, but I love these black beans chips. My friend with celiac eats them with salsa because they are gluten free-I just like them because they are yummy. Not a cracker..but maybe a good substitute?0

If you can tolerate the texture of styrofoam Wasa makes a Light and Crispy 'cracker'0

Yes. This is my go to crunchy snack.
Just skip the cracker and eat cheese. If it is spreadable put it on a crunchy veggie.0 -
Parmesan "chips"/"crackers" are great! Just google how to make.

I keep Wasa and Finn crisps in my cupboard.
For one Wasa cracker, 45 calories, 11g carbohydrate.
One Finn crisp, 22 calories, 3.7 g carbohydrate.0 -
Pepperoni chips (microwave pepperoni slices for ~45-60 seconds until crisp) or cucumber slices. The pepperonis are good for when you are craving that salty crunch, and the cucumber slices hold up well to a dip and since there isn't much flavor in them you can use them with just about any dip/cheese you like. I like to eat guacamole with cucumber slices now.
If you're looking for an actual cracker...basically what feisty said though!!0 -
34 Degree crackers are pretty tasty. 9 crackers for 50 calories and 11 carbs.0
