Starting Insanity...

Hello! My name is Carson. I'm super excited (but also nervous!) because I am starting insanity today. I'm drinking 30 oz of water before, 30 oz (or more) during, and 30 oz after. Does anyone have any tips for me?

I want to lose 30 pounds because my BMI is overweight. I also really want to tone up because I am a weakling. I am doing the following:

-1 gallon or more of water per day
- Eat only fruits, veggies, and grilled lean meats
- Insanity
- Walking for 1 hour every other day
