I need to lose at least another stone...this is the part I struggle with. I don't have much time to do excercise. Can anyone help with good excercise's to do, how often I need to for continued weight loss and best ones to do

Losing weight requires a caloric deficit. That means eating fewer calories than you burn. Do that by eating less, moving more, or a combination of those two. You do not need to exercise to lose weight. I suggest exercising for fitness and focusing on eating less for weight loss.0

Log your calories eaten with an app and if you exercise, that's a bonus. Walking counts too
