so you gained about 90 pounds and your body fat is now only 11%?

what was your starting body fat % and what are you using to measure said body fat %?

    DYE Math bro? 209-135 = 74 lbs

(you can trust me...I'm an accountant)

But yeah...that must have been some serious juice...

No juice it took me some time to get where I am the first go round I gain weight which was more fat than muscle so I lost that and with me knowledge and experience and understanding I gained lean muscle instead of fat....

When I was 135 I was I didn't measure my body fat I didn't know anything about that lol but as I gained it went up to 19-20 % after I lost most of the fat it went down to 11- 13% I'm bulking again so I'm sure it will go up again

Impressive gain. Mind if I ask the gain timeframe and your height?

Props on the mad-gains, but sorry to break it to you: if your avatar is current, it's very unlikely you are sub 13% BF.

There are studies that show your true muscle mass is approx. 65-56% of your Lean Body Mass based on your genetics and training. For example a natural bodybuilder would be towards 65%.

So you've gained approx. 40lbs of true muscle, naturally? I'm sorry, but I don't buy it.

You don't look like 11%, more like 16 to 18% and if you started off at around 8% it's possible for you to have gained that naturally if it was over say 3 years since you have added quite a bit of fat as well. What's your height and how long did it take?

BTW either way, natural or enhanced, it's a great gain and I really don't care if you have a stack since that's your business. Congrats on your gains.

Cool, you gained lean muscle instead of fat muscle. Never want to gain fat muscle...
