my current struggle is a fitness plateau.
I am very toned, athletic build. After I had my daughter I developed this little stomach pooch...or....muffin top
lol I workout 5 days a week, everyday is cardio, weights, abs pretty much full body. 144 lbs looking to reach 130. Any suggestions on upping my routine to target the fat loss around my stomach?

It could be bloating as opposed to stomach fat? How is your diet...you know how they say "abs start in the kitchen."0

Hanging leg raises can target that area. Getting the legs high and moving on with iso-holds may help you progress without adding weights.0

It may help strengthen the muscles underneath, but it will do nothing to get rid of the fat. Spot reduction isn't possible. Fat can't be exercised.0
