I joined MFP in 2011 and did awesome thanks to the site/app! Here I am, about 5 and a half years later, having gained back the 48lbs I had lost.... and a few more.

I got to a point where my MFPals were more important than facebook. I'd like to get back there. I had an AWESOME support group and am looking to rebuild.

I know what I need to do (just need to get my head out of my a** and do it again haha) and may have some decent advice for any new people looking for it.

If you're new, old, have advice, need advice, etc... Send me a request. :smile:

PS I tend to be inappropriate, ask advice on my hopeless dating life and junk like that. I like to actually get to know my MFPals!

    You sound fun! I'm not in North Dakota, but I'm close, I'm in Manitoba. So I go to ND often (good ol' Grand Forks and Fargo).

    I'm from Michigan and work over in the western side of the state but drive through Grand Forks when I go home :)
